Why can I only pay with PayPal?
PayPal offers a secure, reliable, and international payment method. In the future, we'll offer more payment options to give you more choice.
How can I pay with PayPal?
Not everyone is familiar with PayPal, so we've listed a few simple steps here. If you'd like, you can follow the link below.
- Please make sure you have a PayPal account before ordering so that the entire payment process can run smoothly.
- After completing and verifying your account, you can add a payment method, such as a debit or credit card.
- It is also useful to use the same email address as you use with your carrier, so that the track & trace code can be linked more easily.
- Once all steps are completed, you can place an order, thank you in advance!

What are the shipping costs!
We currently charge a single rate for shipping within the EU: €7.95. However, if you order over €30, shipping is free!
How are your products shipped?
Many of our products are shipped directly from a depot, allowing us to offer lower prices. However, this may mean shipping times are slightly longer than you're used to.
Exact shipping times vary by region, but we aim to deliver within 14 days of purchase, though this is often faster. You'll receive a track & trace code by email, which you can add to your carrier app.
Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return your purchase immediately, you can do so without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery of the package, provided that the following conditions are met:
- the products are unopened or in undamaged condition.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs. These may include shipping costs and import duties. Please keep the tracking information as proof.
